Year ATOM Corporation ZICT, Inc.
1972 January Nigiri no Tokube Sushi K.K. (now ATOM Corporation) established with capital of 200 million yen in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture.
Successor of sushi operator 'Nigiri no Tokube Sushi', which commenced business in April 1965.		  
1973   September 【AMZE】'Greenrent K.K.' established.
Commences rental business for light electrical appliances for hospitals.
Capital 6 million yen.
1975   May 【MIYA】Established 'MIYA Y.K.'
Capital 5 million yen.
1977 October 'Nigiri no Tokube Sushi K.K.' changes its name to 'Genrokuzushi K.K.'.  
1980 October 'Genrokuzushi K.K.' changes its name to 'ATOM Corporation'.  
1985   December 【AMZE】Opens first Somukan Yamagata Store first video rental store. Commences business of renting videos to individuals.
1986 July Moves headquarters to Yashirodai, Meito-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.  
1987   October 【MIYA】Completes construction of (6-storey) head office building.
1989   September 【AMZE】Opens Karaoke Land Jiyukan Yamagata Nishi Bypass Store. Commences karaoke room business.
1991   September 【MIYA】Registers stocks on the Japan Securities Dealers Association over-the-counter market.
1992 November Upgrades Nagoya headquarters to Nagoya head office and moves to Kamiyashiro, Meito-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.  
1993   May 【AMZE】Develops the company's original karaoke grading device 'Dream BINGO'.
1994 November Registers stocks on the Japan Securities Dealers Association over-the-counter market. April 【AMZE】Changes name to AMZE Co., Ltd..
1997   June 【MIYA】'Steak MIYA K.K.' reorganizes and changes name to 'MIYA Co., Ltd.'.
1998 November Lists stocks on the Second Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.  
2000 September Lists stocks on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.  
2004  
  • November 【AMZE】Transfers ownership to COLOWIDE Co., Ltd. and becomes a subsidiary.
  • December 【MIYA】Removed from the Japan Securities Dealers Association over-the-counter market and lists stocks on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange.
2005 October Becomes a consolidated subsidiary of COLOWIDE Co., Ltd.
Moves Nagoya Head Office to Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.

2007   March 【ZICT】MIYA Co., Ltd. Amalgamates with AMZE Co., Ltd. to establish ZICT, Inc.
Year ATOM Corporation
2009 March ATOM Corporation amalgamates with ZICT, Inc.、with 'ATOM Corporation' as the surviving company.
2011 August Moves Nagoya Head Office to Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
2013 October Acquires ATOM HOKKAIDO CORPORATION from COLOWIDE EAST JAPAN Co., Ltd. Turns it into a subsidiary.
2020 March Transfers all shares of ATOM HOKKAIDO CORPORATION to REINS International Inc.
2020 August Moves Nagoya Head Office to Chikusa-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
2021 August Moved the head office to Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
